Step into stillness and ignite your inner light in this 90-minute practice blending movement, breath, and meditation. This workshop offers a complete yoga experience, guiding you through gentle yet energizing Hatha yoga to awaken the body, pranayama to balance and calm the nervous system, and trataka—a candle-gazing meditation—to quiet the mind and sharpen focus.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and centered, with tools to bring more clarity and peace into your daily life.
