How does the waitlist work?

• If a class is full, you can join the waitlist
• When a spot opens, you’ll be automatically added and notified via email (make sure you're opted in to notifications)
• If added, you are responsible for attending or canceling within the 12-hour policy
• Within 12 hours of class, the waitlist will not auto-add you
• If a spot opens during that time, you must remove yourself from the waitlist and book manually

Late Cancel + No Show

• 12-hour cancellation policy

Class Count Memberships / Packs

• Late cancel: class is lost
• No show: $20 fee + class is lost

Unlimited Memberships

• Late cancel: $15 fee
• No show: $20 fee
• No switching within 12 hours
