Soar, spin, and stretch your limits in this one-time Aerial Silks Pop-Up Class designed for curious first-timers and experienced aerialists alike. Whether you're looking to try something new or refine your skills, this dynamic session offers a full-body workout that builds strength, flexibility, and confidence—while suspended in the air!

In this class, you'll learn:

  • Basic climbs, wraps, and foot locks

  • Beginner-friendly poses and sequences

  • Conditioning techniques to build aerial strength

  • Tips on safe practice and body awareness in the air

No prior aerial or gymnastics experience is needed. We’ll guide you step by step in a supportive environment—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to play.

What to Wear: Fitted athletic wear that covers the backs of your knees and armpits. No zippers or jewelry, please. (think form fitting shirt/tank and leggings or bodysuit and socks)
