BYOB Fitness / BRING YOUR OWN BABY

FALL 2026 SESSION(S):

Part 1: 7 Weeks 2x per week /Sept 15th - Oct 29th ($174+hst)

Part 2: 7 Weeks 2x per week /Nov 3rd - Dec 17th ($174+hst)

OR

Full Session: 14 Weeks 2x per week / Sept 15th - Dec 17th ($299+hst)

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Each week you can choose: Tuesdays at 10:45am or 12pm AND Thursdays 10:45am or 12pm

Notes: class times do NOT need to be the same each week. however it is up to you to book in for your prefered time slot to ensure there is space. We put no time restrictions on when you can move in and out of classes however we do ask that you allow as much time as possible in case another parent is waiting on a spot. *Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mat and whatever you and baby need to be comfortable.

Our Fall Session will focus on Strength Foundations:

Strength Foundations takes place at the gym each week and is designed to help moms rebuild strength with intentional, progressive dumbbell, band and pelvic floor work. Each week, you'll build upon fundamental movements, with a strong emphasis on pelvic floor activation, core stability, and full-body strength. Work in your own designated space, improve your form, and gain confidence—all in a supportive, baby-friendly environment.

WHO?: For parents with babies 6 weeks - 18 months and who have been cleared to exercise by their healthcare provider.

Led by a Registered Physiotherapist with pelvic floor training, this small-group program focuses on pelvic floor and core recovery, postpartum symptoms, strength, and a supported return to movement.

Physiotherapy services may be eligible for coverage through extended health benefits.
