New Monthly Classes Added in 2026 ✨

We’re excited to introduce two new monthly specialty classes designed to support how you move, lift, and recover. Both classes will run once per month on Wednesdays at 6:30pm and are a great complement to your regular training.


🧠 Foundational Movements

Improve form. Build confidence. Move better.

This class focuses on lifting technique, movement quality, and strong fundamentals. Perfect for those new to the gym or experienced lifters looking to refine their form before progressing into heavier or more complex movements.

🧘 Stretch + Roll

Recover with intention.

A guided recovery class combining mobility, deep stretching, and foam rolling to help reduce soreness, improve range of motion, and support your training. Ideal if you’re feeling tight, run down, or just need dedicated recovery time.

Both classes are open to all levels and strongly recommended if you’re looking to train smarter, stay consistent, and feel your best long-term.
