New drop-in class this Fall! 🌿

Body Care & Repair Yoga & More with new IPF teacher, Tanya Harmon.

What to expect:

  • Approachable, functional, whole-body movement

  • Strength, mobility, and balance (without fancy poses or handstands)

  • A supportive practice to keep you primed for everything from sports to gardening to chasing kids or grandkids

Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm.
