Updates to Our Policies
Dear Students and Instructors,
Please read in full all of the studio policies listed below. These are for the safety of our students and continued success of our studio.
Late Arrival
Policy
DOORS LOCK 5 MINUTES AFTER CLASS BEGINS
If
you are more than
5 minutes late to
class, you have missed the warm-up, are not permitted for entry,
and forfeit your class credit. Arriving on-time for class is a
requirement of our studio to ensure the safety of all students and
staff while preventing class interruption. The 5-minute grace
period is to allow for unexpected circumstances; however,
a full body warm-up will still be required
upon your entry.
If
you are here early for an upcoming class and a class is currently
in session, please note that the doors will be unlocked at the end
of the current class, approximately 15 minutes before your class
start time.
Thank

responsible community!
Class Cancellation
Policy
Early
cancellation must be made no later than 12 hours prior to the
beginning of the scheduled class. If early cancellation is made,
the credit will automatically be returned to your class passes or
membership pass balance. No cash refunds will be
issued.
Late
cancellation made after 12 hours prior to the beginning of class
will be forfeited and may not be used. If a student has more than 2
late cancellations in the same week, a fee of $10.00 will be
assessed.
No
show for a scheduled class will result in a $10.00 penalty per
occurrence. This will NOT be refunded for
any reason.
Membership cancellation: You must notify the owner in
writing no later than 3 days prior to billing to cancel any
membership. DO NOT ask for a refund after billing has occurred.
Please note that the Mini-Membership requires 3 months of automatic
billing at the posted cost. A cancellation of the membership prior
to the 3 month period will result in a $50.00 cancellation
fee.
Cancellation of Classes
by the Studio
Classes are occasionally cancelled by the studio based on
instructor availability as well as lack of attendees. To hold any
class, we require at minimum 3 students to be registered for the
class. In case of any cancellations made by the studio, the student
will receive a credit of the class pass back to their account. We
will make every effort to notify students of the cancellation in
time enough to save a trip.
Parking
Policy
More than likely, there is ample parking available in our parking
lot. During busy times of neighboring businesses, please park on
the south end of the parking lot near the PowerShack Gym.
