Wed: Vinyasa Yoga with Ashley

ADDED TIME! A strengthening, stabilizing and uplifting yoga class that connnects one pose to another, unifying breath and movement.

Thur: Power Pilates with Ashley

ADDED TIME! A dynamic twist on traditional Pilates designed to elevate intensity and pace. This “powerhouse” class engages every muscle group while honing in on core strength, helping you achieve that long, lean look.
