Ignite Yoga – Policies & Procedures

• 90-Minute Cancellation Policy
Please cancel your class at least 90 minutes prior to the start time. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in:
– Loss of a class pass for pass holders
– $10 fee for members
This helps keep our waitlists flowing with ease and fairness for everyone. Thank you for your mindfulness

• Arrival Time
Studio doors are locked at the start of class. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in, ground yourself, and respect the shared space.

• Membership Auto-Renewal
All memberships (excluding our Intro Month) are set to auto-renew. If you would like to turn off auto-renew at any time, please contact the studio.

• New to Ignite Yoga?
Welcome—we’re so glad you’re here. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your first class so we can guide you through the space and get you comfortably set up.

• What to Bring
Bring your mat, water bottle, and yourself—we have everything else you need.

• Community & Conduct
At Ignite Yoga, we move with intention both on and off the mat. We ask all members to practice respect, kindness, and awareness toward others and the space we share.
