Just a reminder that R1SE Urban Spa is closed Mon 14th & Tues 15th with limited services open on Wed 16th & Thurs 17th as we lay a sparkly new floor. During this period R1SE Brook Place is ready and waiting for you for classes and Fire & Ice. The spa will be back in action for Red Light, Compression & in Studio Classes from 5pm on Wed & 5pm on Thurs with the Spa reopening for Fire & Ice from 7.30am Friday.
