November Mini-Clinic: Kip Classic Workshop

Discover the technique of how to safely and fearlessly execute satisfying, clack-worthy kips in this mini clinic special! We’ll learn specific conditioning and strengthening exercises to help you warm up, then we’ll break down the mechanics of the ever-diverse pole kip and work on a variety of different types, from beginner to advanced. This is an open-level workshop that will have something for everyone!

Level: L1 Erotic Pole or higher and Pole 303+. Ideal for students comfortable dancing in stripper heels (7” or higher suggested for toe safety).

Boots recommended, or stripper sandals with socks. Kneepads are mandatory!
