We are bringing in Lexi, from Flux Nutrition & Fitness, back for another perimenopause/menopause nutrition seminar. She does an amazing job of breaking down information to make it accessible & fun. This event will be held in Haumea's First Floor Community Space at 100 E. Main St in downtown Sun Prairie.

Parking is available in the parking lot behind Haumea (that says Wagner's bar parking) until noon.
