Class Policies
Prompt Start: Classes begin at their scheduled time. Instructors will open the room when it’s time to start. Doors close 5 minutes after class begins. On the rare occasion that an instructor is running late, class will start once they arrive.
Late Arrivals: Students will not be allowed into class after the 5-minute grace period. The warm up at the beginning of class is essential to help prevent injuries.
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up to a class, you will lose your class credit and be charged a $20 no-show fee.
Pole Sharing: Pole sharing is permitted in all classes and may be required during peak times.
Equipment: Towels and alcohol spray bottles are provided. We recommend bringing your own yoga mat, knee pads, pole grip, and heels to class. Studio-provided yoga mats, crash mats, and yoga blocks are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
No one under 16 years old are allowed in the studio. Our insurance does not cover kids. This is not allowed. Only students who have booked, paid, and signed a waiver may be in the space. No partners, friends, or spectators are allowed in the stduio during class or open gym.

Early Cancellations: Use the app to cancel at least 2 hours before the class start time to retain your class credit. To do this, click the my schedule tab, click the class, and click cancel.
Late Cancellations: Canceling within 2 hours of the class start time will result in the loss of your class credit and a $20 late-cancel fee.
Emergency Situations: If you experience an unexpected emergency, text the studio to avoid a no-show or late cancellation fee.
Leaving After Check-In: If you check in at the studio and then decide not to attend the class, you must inform the front desk or text the studio line to avoid being charged as a no-show.
Open Gym Policies
Open gym is a flexible space for members to practice skills outside of structured classes.
No-Show Policy: Students will not be charged for missing Open gyms. If you can no longer attend the Open Gym you signed up for, please do not late cancel on the app. This will charge you the fee. Please leave it alone. You will lose the credit but you will not be charged the $20 late cancel fee.
Attendance Check-In: Students who attend open gym will be checked in by the studio at the end of the night to ensure accurate attendance records. If you see a no show on your account, that will be changed by the end of the day. This is because we do not have a receptionist there during the day to check you in.
Respect for Space: During open gym, be mindful of others practicing and share the music, crash mats, and space as needed. Be mindful of the music volume to respect our neighbors.
Open gyms are on our schedule every hour of the day besides during group classes, which means we will need to cancel them occasionally for other services like private parties, private lessons, instructor practices, etc. Please keep an eye on your app to make sure the Open Gym you signed up for, is still on the schedule before arriving. We try to give you as much notice as possible with these cancellations.
