📢 ReJen Member Must-Know Guide

Welcome to ReJen Pilates!

We have prepared this guide to help you understand how to use our studio and key policies for your first visit.


1. App Usage

All bookings, cancellations, and schedule checks are managed through our app.

  • Group Classes: Please go to the [Group] section to book your desired class.
    For Metrotown group classes, please make sure to select REJEN8 (Metrotown) as the location when booking.
  • Private Sessions: Please book through the [Appointment] section.
    If you select “No Preference,” you will be automatically matched with an available instructor based on your preferred time.
    If you choose a specific instructor, you can view their schedule and book accordingly.
    For private sessions, please select ReJenerate Pilates & RMT (Metrotown) as the location.

2. Points & Rewards System

Points are earned based on attendance, app usage, and payment amounts. You can check the conditions for earning points under [Earn Points].

Accumulated points can be redeemed for various reward benefits.

You can view available rewards by tapping [More] at the bottom right of the app and selecting [Redeem Prizes]. This section shows all prizes available for redemption.

Once a prize has been redeemed, you can view it anytime under [My Prizes].

Redeemed group classes are available for immediate use after redemption. If you experience any issues using your redeemed prize, please feel free to contact our admin team via email at any time for assistance.


3. Instructor Info / Studio Location & Business Hours

Instructor profiles, class schedules, studio location, and business hours can all be found by tapping the ⓘ icon at the top left of the app.
Please make sure to check the information before your visit.


4. Waitlist Information

When you join a waitlist, a confirmation email will be sent to you. You must click the confirmation button in the email to secure the spot.
Waitlist spots are not based on registration order—the first person to accept the opening will be assigned the spot.


5. Booking / Cancellation & No-Show Policy

All classes are released 3 weeks in advance, and our booking window closes 3 hours before the class starts.

Cancellations are allowed within the permitted time frame.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a session being deducted.
Please refer to the waiver for the full cancellation policy.

If the booking window is already closed and you would like to join a class, please contact the studio during admin hours to check availability.

If you would like to check class availability, please contact the studio directly.


6. Waiver Agreement

All new members are required to complete a waiver before participating.
Studio rules and cancellation policies are included in the waiver.


7. Studio Guidelines

To help us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, please follow a few simple studio guidelines:

  • Leggings and non-slip grip socks are required.
    If you don’t have leggings, fitted and stretchy athletic wear (not overly loose) is also perfectly fine.
  • Please remember to wipe down any equipment you’ve used after class.
  • If you’re new to equipment Pilates, we highly recommend starting with our 1:1 Intro Package to build a strong foundation before joining regular sessions.
  • For hygiene and comfort, we recommend using deodorant. It is available at the studio if needed.
  • Please stay hydrated during your session. You’re welcome to bring your own water, or water is also available for purchase at the studio.
  • If you tend to sweat a lot, we recommend bringing a small towel for your comfort.

All studio guidelines are included in the waiver.


8. Pass Expiry

All passes have an expiry date.
Any unused sessions after the expiry period will be forfeited.

You can check your pass details under More → Purchases in the app, where you can view used sessions, remaining sessions, and expiry dates.


🤍Admin Hours🤍

Our admin hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

Please note that while admin support is unavailable outside of these hours, all classes run as scheduled.

Emails sent outside of admin hours will be responded to as soon as possible on the next business day.
