Join Lauren Leduc for an immersive workshop focused on the art of hands-on assists in yoga. This session will guide you through various techniques to deepen your connection with students through safe and effective touch.

In this workshop, you will explore:

• The ethics of hands-on assists, including clear consent, power dynamics, and the intention behind each assist
• The benefits of incorporating touch into an asana practice
• A range of assist techniques, from self-assists to touch-point and Thai Yoga-based stabilizing assists

This workshop is designed for yoga teachers with a minimum of 200-hour certification. Be prepared to both give and receive hands-on assists as part of the experience.
