For individual class passes, flex passes, 1 month, 3 month and 6 month members

• If you need to cancel a class with more than 24 hours' notice, you may reschedule at any time without penalty.
• If you late cancel (under 24 hours' notice) or no-show, you will lose that class.

For 6 and 12 month Unlimited and Unlimited Plus Members

• If you need to cancel a class with more than 24 hours' notice, you may reschedule at any time without penalty.

• If you late cancel (under 24 hours' notice) or no-show, a $10 cancellation fee will apply.

If you call or email the front desk and it is not an EMERGENCY it will be treated according to the above policy.
