As part of The Ritual 28 Day Challenge, you’re invited into a spacious and intentional morning designed to help you pause, reflect, and consciously open into the year ahead.
This is an opportunity to step out of the busyness of daily life and create space to listen, to soften, and to reconnect with what you want to carry forward into the months ahead.
Guided by Laura Humphreys, you’ll be led through a grounding meditation to settle the nervous system and bring you fully into the present moment. From here, you’ll be supported to shape your sankalpa a meaningful intention that acts as an inner compass, guiding how you move, choose, and show up throughout the year.
The morning will also include reflective journaling, offering gentle prompts to clarify what you are inviting in, what you are ready to release, and how you wish to cultivate ritual and rhythm beyond this season.
This is not about setting rigid goals or adding more to your to-do list. It’s about creating intentional space, deep listening, and aligning with what feels sustainable and true for you.
