Here are a few upcoming schedule updates that will take effect over the next several weeks, along with a special event reminder. Starting June 1st, we are adding a new class: Mondays at 9:00 AM – Creative Flow Reformer Beginning May 12th, the Tuesday evening class will be adjusted: The current 5:00 PM Hot Seat will change to 5:30 PM Creative Flow Reformer Please also note the following class discontinuations: The 11:00 AM Wednesday Athletic Flow Reformer will be discontinued in May The 1:00 PM Thursday Creative Flow Reformer will also be discontinued in May As we move into the summer months, the studio does tend to get a little busier. To make sure you get your preferred classes and times, please be sure to sign up ahead of time through the app or schedule. And a friendly reminder about our upcoming special event: Pilates Day Beach Class – Saturday, May 2nd at 7:00 AMWe’ll be gathering at Fortunes Rocks Beach for an energizing morning practice by the ocean. It’s a beautiful way to celebrate movement, community, and the start of the day. These updates are designed to better align our offerings with attendance patterns and to continue evolving our class schedule in a way that best supports our community.
