We understand emergencies happen, but for all non-emergency cancellations, please use the app to cancel your class. If you call or email the front desk for a non-emergency cancellation, it will be treated as a late cancel and the penalty will apply. We do keep track of how many times we extend “grace” for late cancels, and unfortunately this courtesy has been used more often than intended. To keep things fair for everyone, we’ll be enforcing the policy moving forward. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep our schedule running smoothly for all clients!

For individual class passes, flex passes, 1 month, 3 month and 6 month members If you need to cancel a class with more than 24 hours' notice, you may reschedule at any time without penalty. If you late cancel (under 24 hours' notice) or no-show, you will lose that class. For 6 and 12 month Unlimited and Unlimited Plus Members If you need to cancel a class with more than 24 hours' notice, you may reschedule at any time without penalty. If you late cancel (under 24 hours' notice) or no-show, a $10 cancellation fee will apply. If you call or email the front desk and it is not an EMERGENCY it will be treated according to the above policy.

Don't forget to use up all of your appointments and products gifted (if applicable) in your BALANCE Package! Appointments and Products are not included upon renewal - only the classes are gifted (reformer class(es), guest pass(es) and make-up class(es) which are dependant on membership levels).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION for BALANCE Members. Your week starts on the date of purchase of the BALANCE package. You can find your date of purchase on the app by clicking ‘More, then Purchases, then clicking on your Balance package.’ On the website go to ‘My Profile, then click on Passes and Memberships.’ You then need to see what day of the week that date was – that day is the starting day of your week. That week is the same through the duration of your package. The 3-month package has the same week for the entire 3 months; the 6-month package has the same week for the entire 6 months. The unlimited package doesn’t need to worry about weeks. The 1-month package will have a different week every month according to the purchase date.
