Introducing: Redefine HER
Redefine HER — What You'll Experience
Redefine Her is a 6-week wellness program hosted by Elise Small, designed as a nervous system restoration and embodiment journey for women.
Starting: Friday, 17th JulyFormat: Weekly live sessions, Fridays at 6PM - 7PM at Maroochy WatersMembers Price: $225 (special discount!)
Over the six weeks, participants will experience a blend of somatic and mind-body practices, including breathwork (both functional and transformational), nervous system education, somatic grounding, restorative meditation for subconscious reprogramming, emotional integration, and restorative movement. Each week is supported by workbooks, guided audio, and breathwork recordings to complement the live sessions.
Redefine Her is designed for women who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected from their bodies and are ready to do something about it. If you find yourself running on stress, struggling to slow down, or feeling like your nervous system is constantly in overdrive, this program was created with you in mind.
This journey is for you if you're curious about why you respond to life the way you do - emotionally, physically, and mentally - and want practical tools to start shifting those patterns from the inside out. Whether you're navigating anxiety, emotional heaviness, chronic tension, or simply a deep sense of depletion, Redefine Her offers a supported space to begin coming home to yourself.
You don't need any prior experience with breathwork, meditation, or somatic practices. All you need is a willingness to show up for yourself, week after week, and a genuine desire to feel more regulated, more grounded, and more alive in your own body.

At Redefine Reformer, our goal with these policies is to promote fairness, respect, and consideration for both clients and instructors. These policies are designed to encourage timely cancellations so that those on the waitlist have the best opportunity to attend class.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why we offer one of the most flexible cancellation policies in the industry - with only a four-hour notice required.
Please review the following guidelines to help us maintain a positive and professional studio environment.
Studio Etiquette
To ensure a respectful and smooth experience for everyone, we ask that all clients observe the following studio etiquette:
Punctuality: Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time to get settled. A five-minute grace period is provided, after which joining a class will not be permited. We are happy to rebook your class credit.
Storage of Belongings: All personal items, including bags and shoes, must be placed in the designated pigeonholes. Please do not leave items around the reformers.
Mobile Devices: Phones must be set to silent and stored away during class to avoid disruptions.
Grip Socks Required: For safety and hygiene reasons, grip (sticky) socks are required during all reformer classes.
Cleanliness: Kindly wipe down your equipment at the end of each class.
Consideration for Others: Maintain a quiet and respectful tone in the studio, and treat instructors and fellow clients with courtesy at all times.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We aim to make class spots available to as many clients as possible. To support this goal, please cancel your class as early as possible if you can no longer attend.
