Join our August studio challenge and climb your way toward a chance to win a $25 studio credit! After each class, earn moves by attending select class times and formats, completing our August lunge focus, posting and tagging Neaumix Fit, bringing or referring a friend, wearing Neaumix merch, and more. Each time you reach the finish line, you’ll receive one raffle ticket. Complete the board more than once to earn additional tickets! This August, we’re focusing on lunges! Throughout the month, you may see different lunge variations thoughtfully incorporated into class, including standard, kneeling, side, and forward-facing lunges, lunge stretch. Our instructors will help you build a lunge that feels strong, stable, controlled, and supported while improving your alignment, balance, strength, and carriage control.
