Gentle Yoga with Jackie starts Aug 20 @ 6pm!
This slow-paced, low-impact style of yoga is designed to be accessible for all fitness levels. It focuses on gentle stretching, mindful movement, and deep breathing to promote relaxation, flexibility, and stress relief. Poses flow slowly from one to the next leading to some poses being held for longer periods and may be supported with props, making it ideal for beginners or anyone recovering from injury or seeking a calming practice.
