Nourish Your Nervous System-August 17th at 6:30pm
Nourish Your Nervous System is a calming and educational wellness workshop designed to help you better understand the connection between stress, hormones, digestion, blood sugar, and nervous system regulation in a supportive and approachable way. This experience was created for women who may be feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, burnt out, or disconnected from their bodies and are looking for gentle, sustainable ways to feel more balanced and supported.
Throughout the workshop, we’ll explore how chronic stress can impact the body — contributing to symptoms like fatigue, cravings, digestive discomfort, anxiety, mood shifts, and energy crashes — and how nourishment, mindful practices, and nervous system support can play an important role in healing and resilience.
Rather than focusing on restriction or “diet culture,” this workshop emphasizes nourishment, self-awareness, and simple lifestyle practices that support overall well-being. Guests will leave with practical tools, calming techniques, and realistic strategies they can begin incorporating into daily life to feel more grounded, energized, and connected.

An afternoon to reconnect with play, wonder & self-compassion with Lacey White
Join Lacey White for a heart-centered, three-hour workshop designed to help you reconnect with creativity, imagination, self-compassion, and the younger parts of yourself that may be seeking more understanding, play, or care.
Through guided movement, meditation, journaling, sound, reflection, and meaningful connection, you'll be invited to slow down, listen deeply, and explore your inner world with curiosity and kindness.
This experience draws from a range of healing traditions and trauma-informed psychological frameworks, woven together in a way that feels grounded, accessible, and supportive. You'll leave with practical tools to continue nurturing yourself long after the workshop ends.
Your registration includes playful movement, guided meditation, an imaginative sound bath, journaling and reflection exercises, connection practices, light bites and refreshments, and an intimate group experience limited to just 10 participants.
