Whether you're experiencing a health challenge, a relationship change, a career pivot, a loss, or just a deep sense that something has to change, major life transitions can feel disorienting, overwhelming, and just plain hard. During this workshop, together we’ll talk about why the unknown can feel so scary and hard, and how we can start to see it as a friend, not an enemy. We’ll explore simple practices to help you feel safe in your body, such as movement, breathwork, self-care rituals and emotional processing. There will be space to share what you’re experiencing, if you feel called, and to learn how to trust your inner wisdom, even when things feel uncertain. This is for you if you're in the middle of, or have experienced major life changes where uncertainty is at the forefront, and you don't want to go through it alone.
