Do not be fooled by Brianna’s sweet disposition. Her own fitness journey helps her see the potential in everyone she teaches. Brianna pushes you to the brink, whether you’re just starting out, or are an avid cyclist. And you’ll be amazed by what she pulls out of you when you take her class. Listening to the radio after Brianna’s class puts you at risk of being mentally transported to the moment when she says “10 more seconds!” — always a reminder of what you’re capable of. And, if you didn’t know what a tabata was when you walked in to the room, you’ll know (for sure!) when you walk out…and you’ll likely walk out of the class looking like you just took a shower…in your clothes.
Pure determination. Pure domination. Pure resolve. Pure camaraderie. Eric’s energy and passion for every element of music transport his riders from RPMs and resistance to feeling the beat and the lyrics of every (carefully chosen) song. You’ll find yourself repeating right-left-right-left in your head to the cadence of the music beside teammates beside you in the studio. He is a stickler for good form, for good purpose: he wants you to leave his class feeling GREAT, in every way. His mindful approach and intense workout are equal parts escapism and fight-out-the-stress. By the end of class, you’ll leave VERY AWARE of how much faster the beats of songs are than you ever thought; but, more than that, you’ll leave reminded -both physically and mentally- of how strong you really are. Eric’s will be sure you accomplish more than just burning calories in each class.
5:15PM Private Torque Cycling Event
Though she is little. She is fierce. Leah is all spunk and all heart, and it shows in her music and style. She’ll have you sprinting to the current hip-hop hits, and climbing to rap. She won’t cheat your workout – and she won’t let you cheat yourself. She’ll start you easy, but work you into drills that push you further than you thought you’d go. And just when you think you might need a pep talk, she comes through with a song to help you regroup and rally. You’ll finish feeling optimistic, energized, and very sweaty.
11:00AM Vinyasa Yoga 1
Her eclectic music mix might be the bomb, but Lindsey doesn’t let it rule the room. Her classes are all about enduring YOUR ride, which simulates a real road ride, tracking distances and pushing through realistic-climbs. Her workouts are entrancing, and you’ll find yourself pushing yourself to beat your own goals with each drill. Her warm-ups are challenging, but the rest of her class flies by (both the 45- and 60-minute versions!) — by the end you’re bursting with energy from adrenaline as you tackle her finishers or long hills. The greatest part about Lindsey’s class (other than feeling wildly refreshed — mentally AND physically) is you feel her riding right beside you, part of the pack, pushing through, and working just as hard as you.
Start heavy and end with a sprint…and a catch-your-breath song in the middle. Guaranteed. You always know what you’re going to get. Lisa's music ranges from current hits, to old-school rock...you never know what she’ll pull out of her pocket. Her energy pulls you up steep climbs and through fast sprints. You WILL finish your water during her class…and then you’ll need more. And, while you’re wiping the sweat, you’ll wonder HOW she moves so fast on that bike, while standing…no joke. Watch her legs go, and know that her nickname should be THE FLASH. And you’ll leave setting a long-term goal of catching up to her.
It’s a challenging trail ride, meets the dance club. Matt knows his music, yet somehow transports you through the grass, mud and deep water. BUT, he’ll make sure you KNOW you how great you look trudging through. His energy is infectious and his music is loud. He might even jump off the stage, teach from the floor, or jump on the bike next to you. It’s the ultimate sweat escape and wild calorie and mileage burner. When he blacks out the room for the hardest climbs, you’ll see the glass fogged up when they come back on…and you’ll be proud of that accomplishment. And then you’ll be in awe of HIS accomplishment…keeping his hair looking so amazing throughout the entire workout while you’re dripping with sweat. No joke.
