With this new feature, you won\u2019t have to configure each location to have its own virtual service. Instead, a toggle switch will do it for you quickly and easily. These surcharges can be charged to offset the fees your merchant processor charges you for credit card and ACH transactions.<\/p>\n<p>Surcharges can be enabled from your <strong>Store Settings <\/strong>page and can be set up to charge clients a flat rate or a percentage of their purchase total. With these campaigns, you can create customized postcards that are automatically sent to your clients\u2019 addresses on selected dates. Simply pay for the postcard and let us create a card, verify the receiver\u2019s address, send out the postcard, and help your team process the revenue generated from the sales made to clients who received the postcard. These thumbnails will be displayed to clients on the <strong>Watch Video<\/strong> tab of the Client Web App to give them an understanding of the video before they watch it. If the business does not upload a thumbnail for a video, the first frame from the video will be used instead. Additionally, you can now upload videos on FitVID on Demand up to 2 GB in size.<\/p>\n<p>For more information about this new feature, see <a href=\"https:\/\/help.wellnessliving.com\/en\/articles\/9288041-faq-fitvid-on-demand\">FAQ: FitVID on Demand<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Improvements<\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"7\">Clients from multiple countries can enter their credit card details<\/h3>\n<p><em>WL-41914<\/em><\/p>\n<p>We have made an update to allow clients to select any of the countries listed below when entering their credit card information.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Germany<\/li>\n<li>France<\/li>\n<li>China<\/li>\n<li>Japan<\/li>\n<li>Finland<\/li>\n<li>Norway<\/li>\n<li>Spain<\/li>\n<li>Portugal<\/li>\n<li>Netherlands<\/li>\n<li>Russia<\/li>\n<li>Saudi Arabia<\/li>\n<li>Belgium<\/li>\n<li>Israel<\/li>\n<li>Austria<\/li>\n<li>Greece<\/li>\n<li>Turkey<\/li>\n<li>Indonesia<\/li>\n<li>Switzerland<\/li>\n<li>Czech Republic<\/li>\n<li>Tunisia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This improvement will allow clients from a wide variety of countries to complete a purchase in the online store while using the Virtual Terminal as their payment method.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"8\">Purchase multiple Event instances for your friends and family members<\/h3>\n<p><em>WL-36504<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Your clients can now purchase as many Event instances as they want through the Achieve Client App. Additionally, your staff members can also purchase multiple Event instances at the request of a client by accessing their Elevate Staff App. This new feature is designed to give your clients the freedom to book an Event for their friends and family members so that no one misses out on all the fun.<\/p>\n<p>For more information about this feature, see <a href=\"https:\/\/help.wellnessliving.com\/en\/articles\/9648657-book-an-event\">Booking an Event<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellnessliving.com\/knowledge-sharing\/?post_type=ht_kb&amp;p=3624\">Achieve Client App: Making a purchase<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellnessliving.com\/knowledge-sharing\/?post_type=ht_kb&amp;p=6092\">Elevate Staff App: Making a purchase<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"9\">Push notifications will be sent to the last client who logged in to a device<\/h3>\n<p><em>WL-41056<\/em><\/p>\n<p>We have updated the <strong>QUICK Contact<\/strong> feature so that a client does not receive push notifications intended for another client who has logged in to the Achieve Client App using the same mobile device unless the other individual is linked to their profile via a relationship. This improvement will prevent a client\u2019s mobile device from receiving push notifications that are not meant for them and ensure that the message is delivered to the intended client.<\/p>\n<p>For more information about this improvement, see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellnessliving.com\/knowledge-sharing\/?post_type=ht_kb&amp;p=3049\">Push notifications<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"10\">Passcodes for Zoom meetings automatically enabled<\/h3>\n<p><em>WL-42562<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Passcodes for Zoom meetings are now automatically enabled. The passcode will be embedded in the Zoom meeting link that is shared with clients. The <strong>Subtotal<\/strong> field will display the amount paid by the client, including any taxes, applied discounts, and tips added at checkout. If the client did not add a tip at checkout, they can use the subtotal amount to easily calculate a tip.<\/p>\n<p>The<strong> Tip <\/strong>field will only appear on a printed receipt if the client did not add a tip at checkout. The client will be able to write a tip in this field on the printed receipt.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Adtl Tip <\/strong>field will now only appear on a printed receipt if the client already added a tip at checkout. The client will then be able to write an additional tip in this field on the printed receipt.<\/p>\n<p>For more information on receipts, see <a href=\"https:\/\/help.wellnessliving.com\/en\/articles\/11434540-print-a-receipt\">Printing receipts<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"14\">Expand or collapse your dashboard<\/h3>\n<p><em>WL-29794<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Staff members will now be able to simultaneously expand or collapse every dashboard on the <strong>Dashboard<\/strong> page by clicking the <strong>More<\/strong> button at the top of the page and then clicking <strong>Expand All<\/strong> or <strong>Collapse All<\/strong>. Now, we have updated the schedule to include an icon that denotes virtual services. With this improvement, staff members will no longer have to cancel a booked Event by accessing each client\u2019s upcoming schedule and canceling each booking manually.
