Through the Glofox app, they also help clients drive and manage bookings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Glofox\u2019s website advertises their revenue-generating capabilities too. Their homepage advertises the software\u2019s potential to grow revenue by 89% or more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But here\u2019s the deal \u2013 while Glofox offers a ton of cool features, some customers have had their share of challenges. Technical hiccups and less-than-stellar customer service have cropped up as the main issues, and as described in some of the reviews below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-glofox-reviews-users-have-trouble-booking-classes\">Glofox Reviews: Users Have Trouble Booking Classes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Glofox prides itself on user-friendliness and seamless booking. You have to have double logins for all your staff, trainers, and employees. In addition, there\u2019s no real reporting to see what\u2019s going on with your memberships. Making a calendar is super glitchy and setting dates for starting a specific class doesn\u2019t do anything half the time.\u201d\u200b <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">One customer, FitLearn.co.uk, also cited<span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u200b <\/span>issues with Glofox\u2019s Stripe integration. \u201c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ca.trustpilot.com\/reviews\/5c37a5c89d378006ecac4774\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">We have spent the last three days unable to sign members up<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\"> and not take any money because of an ongoing problem with Stripe and Glofox,\u201d they explained.
