However, several clients complained about a lack of support, citing no live chat, unreliable phone support, slow responses, and no support at all on weekends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.softwareadvice.com\/ca\/calendar-app\/mariana-tek-profile\/reviews\/#:~:text=CONS-,Support%20is%20terrible,-%2D%20its%20basically%20email\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Support is terrible<\/a>. It\u2019s basically email in a chat interface. No live chat or phone support. They take forever to respond and are gone on weekends,\u201d said one customer named Brandon. \u201cSomething that would take a five-minute phone call to fix takes days or even weeks to solve. The support staff doesn\u2019t know what they are talking about. All they do is direct you to the help articles.
