However, MassageBook’s customer service left users frustrated, often ignoring emails and calls, sometimes even redirecting them to voicemail. When users managed to connect, they were met with unhelpful or rude responses.<\/p>\n

For instance, <\/span>one user named Scott<\/span><\/a> found their emails ignored and calls sent to voicemail during regular business hours.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“<\/span>I’ve been trying to reach support for days<\/span><\/a>,” he expressed. “On Friday afternoons and Monday mornings, when their support is closed, I’m working. I submitted a ticket Thursday evening, and it’s now Monday afternoon with no confirmation reply.”<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He spent hours on futile workarounds. “It’s been months of trying to get them to fix these problems,” he said. “The answer I get is, ‘We’ve been focused on our big app rollout.’\u201d With only excuses from MassageBook, he’s now seeking alternative software.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Other users shared similar frustrations. For example, <\/span>Kristi who used MassageBook daily for over two years<\/span><\/a> posted a review detailing her payment processing issue. Despite multiple attempts to contact support, they remained unresponsive. “Terrible customer service,” she criticized. “I emailed Thursday and got one email asking a question. I responded, and received no further replies.”<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

She called and left messages, but to no avail. “Horrific communication, and no resolution,” she concluded.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To make matters worse, the support team is sometimes discourteous when business owners finally get in touch.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c<\/span>Customer service is extremely rude<\/span><\/a>. Wouldn\u2019t recommend it to anyone,\u201d confirms one user named Lisa Matoni.<\/span><\/p>\n

MassageBook Online Scheduling: Business Owners Report That Clients Can Book Appointments Without Notifying the Business<\/h2>\n

The poor communication doesn\u2019t end there. Users said MassageBook online scheduling has damaged their reputation by letting clients pay for and book appointments without informing the business.<\/p>\n

One user named Stephanie Christian<\/span><\/a> was surprised when clients showed up for appointments she wasn\u2019t aware of. She described \u201cclients showing up for treatments they booked that never came through on my end.\u201d\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

She expressed her disbelief at these recurring errors. \u201cThis platform is chaos,\u201d she continued. \u201cNo one knows what they’re doing, and their gift certificate program is a scam\u2026 MassageBook cost me thousands of dollars and wasted so much time.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

These errors can ruin a company\u2019s reputation by making them appear illegitimate and unprofessional. Clients take time out of their schedules and pay for services that they likely can\u2019t receive all because of MassageBook\u2019s errors.<\/p>\n

Business Owners Report Functionality Issues Using MassageBook<\/h2>\n

It gets worse. Scott, who used MassageBook for nearly two years couldn\u2019t get his calendar to work reliably. He wasted hours every week checking basic functions on the platform and couldn\u2019t get support either.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c<\/span>I spend hours a week double-checking everything<\/span><\/a> and doing manual workarounds… A system like this is supposed to save you time and add productivity,\u201d Scott explains. \u201cI’m frustrated, angry, very concerned for my business stability and client impressions, and not even able to get through to support anymore.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The glitches get stranger. Clients paid for services and showed up to a business that isn\u2019t even a massage clinic. \u201cThey have my business listed as a massage place, and we certainly are not! People buy online and show up bewildered!\u201d the owner explained.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Scott says he\u00a0wasn\u2019t notified when clients booked and prepaid online. This caused embarrassing and unprofessional encounters when he couldn\u2019t confirm prepayment and had to wait for the platform to load in front of his clients.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c<\/span>Right before the session, the appointments don’t show as prepaid<\/span><\/a>,\u201d Scott says. <\/span>\u201cWhen I try to clients out, it miraculously changes to say prepaid, and I’m embarrassed in front of my client asking for payment.\u201d MassageBook hasn\u2019t helped, so he wastes time manually checking Square transactions to confirm prepayments.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
