One user named Sam claims they received inadequate support for technical issues and reported that the help function didn\u2019t even work.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c<\/span>Terrible support when trying to deal with a system problem<\/span><\/a>\u201d they explain. \u201cThe help function doesn\u2019t work. No one bothers to reply to emails. It’s a very frustrating experience when you\u2019re trying to run a business.\u201d This frustration seems justified, given that Karmasoft\u2019s website advertises their ability to simplify business management.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Another user named Erica M. claims customer support dropped off after a few months<\/span><\/a>. Fed up, she tried to end her subscription. However, customer service didn’t respond. Ultimately, she had to text and then call Karmasoft\u2019s owner directly.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Erica says Karmasoft agreed on when her final charge would be processed. Imagine her surprise when she was still charged after that. Again, she reports dealing with unresponsive customer support with no resolution in sight.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c<\/span>I became frustrated with their customer service and decided to move back to my old software<\/span><\/a>. I emailed. Nothing,\u201d she explains. \u201cI texted the owner and received this response, \u2018Please email or text me the date you want to be taken offline.\u2019\u201d\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Erica claims the owner tried to appease her, but she\u2019d understandably made up her mind. Finally, over the phone, they agreed that June would be the last month she was charged for the software. \u201c<\/span>Guess what. I was charged again<\/span><\/a>!\u201d Erica says. \u201cI emailed the owner and got a bot response to use their online Help Center, with no personal follow up. Texted the owner. No response.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Erica wasn\u2019t the only user with payment-related issues. Other users reported trouble with in-studio transactions.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Business Owner Reports That They Never Unable to Charge Clients for Services<\/h2>\n

Karmasoft boasts a fully integrated payment system. However, <\/span>one business owner, Lori A., claims she had a negative experience<\/span><\/a> getting her payment system set up.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

She says she worked directly with the owner of Karmasoft but dealt with errors that prevented her from accepting client payments. <\/span>In her review, she details her experience and says she was \u201chumiliated\u201d<\/span><\/a> by these errors and how they impacted her client experience.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe owner felt the need to take over my account but followed through with nothing! He even said the things he didn\u2019t tie up before his vacation were interrupting his time with his family,\u201d she explains. \u201cHe was supposed to do so many things: send emails for credit card info, import information properly, and enable us to take credit cards once our merchant account was set up.\u201d\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Unfortunately, Lori says her client information was imported incorrectly. \u201c<\/span>My clients\u2019 info was imported wrong<\/span><\/a>. The emails and names were completely mixed up,\u201d she confirms.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Lori also reports being unfairly charged for a payment terminal and not getting adequate customer support. \u201cKarmasoft charged me for a terminal I never agreed to and I\u2019m still paying for it!\u201d she says.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Additionally, the owner allegedly wouldn\u2019t let anyone else on the support team handle the issues. \u201cHe was on vacation, so it was not easy getting in touch with him. He refused to have anyone else help me even though I asked multiple times,\u201d she explains.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It seems the ordeal only ended once Lori\u2019s financial team helped her switch software. \u201c<\/span>I was ready to close my business<\/span><\/a>,\u201d she says. \u201cI was so humiliated by Karmasoft plus the fact that I couldn\u2019t charge my customers. Thankfully I have a financial team that helped me switch software.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
