Given the issues he faced, David also suspects Super SaaS only got programmers to review the interface instead of actual users. \u201c<\/span>The oh-so-2000s interface is the typical mess made by programmers<\/span><\/a>, reviewed by programmers and (only) enjoyed by programmers, when current, regular customers demand speed and simplicity above all\u2026 usability is light years behind,\u201d he says.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In his review, David also discusses the customer-facing interface, reporting that some fields obstructed others, creating a clunky user experience.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c<\/span>The responsive mobile interface (the only one most customers will ever use) is even worse<\/span><\/a>,\u201d he confirms. \u201cJust try a regular, basic operation like adjusting the hour of your appointment… Customers have to type the hour but can only do so when the unusable and redundant mini calendar for the date does not obstruct the hour field,\u201d he continues.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A poor user experience like this can potentially harm client retention or discourage new clients from trying out your business. Unfortunately, some users only seemed to discover this after enduring the complicated initial setup.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
