User Reports That Arbox Promised Features They Didn\u2019t Have<\/h2>\n

Business owners pay for Arbox software in the hopes of making it easier to manage their daily operations. However, a couple of users claim the features that seemed so attractive were nowhere to be found once they paid for the software.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Additionally, these users report they were denied a refund when they brought up legitimate issues with customer support.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

One disappointed user, <\/span>Robert Leach, called Arbox \u201c<\/span>dishonest\u201d<\/span><\/a> and claimed they \u201cpromised a whole raft of features and support, all of which disappeared after we paid the annual fee<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In his review, Robert expresses disappointment after sitting through multiple phone pitches and hoping to use the promised features for his business.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c<\/span>The software looked like it had the potential to do everything we were looking for<\/span><\/a>,\u201d he says. \u201cBut the features described in their numerous sales pitch phone calls failed to materialize after payment.\u201d\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To make the experience worse, Arbox reportedly refused to issue Robert a refund. \u201c<\/span>When challenged, they refused to refund any of the money<\/span><\/a> even when their product was not as described,\u201d he explains.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Another user, Trina E., agrees that Arbox did not follow through on promised features<\/span><\/a> and also had issues getting a refund.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

She describes Arbox as \u201cpoor,\u201d and says, \u201cthe sales department was full of false promises.\u201d Regarding her refund, Trina says, \u201c<\/span>I was told that if they could not provide what was promised, I would get a refund<\/span><\/a>. Now I am being told that I don’t qualify.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Major UI Issues & Accessibility Issues on Mobile App<\/h2>\n

The features these users were promised are an essential part of a positive user experience. Mobile app capabilities are just as essential, especially from the client side. A functioning mobile app helps clients book classes conveniently and can drive revenue.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

However, according to one user, Nolan M., the interface made it difficult to work with the app at all. Nolan says he dislikes \u201c<\/span>the app look, the interface, and the login issues<\/span><\/a>.\u201d\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He also claims these issues negatively impacted his experience working with the software. \u201c<\/span>I thought I would be working in the app directly, but it was all through a horrible browser interface<\/span><\/a>. It doesn\u2019t work well, requires too much time, and doesn\u2019t interface across various devices particularly well,\u201d he explains.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Going by Nolan\u2019s experience, Arbox\u2019s mobile app seems to be anything but convenient.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lack of User Friendliness and Ease<\/h2>\n

Convenience is of the utmost importance on both the client and business sides for any software solution. Instead, according to Prentice, a US-based wellness business owner, Arbox was lacking features and basic tools, including payment and admin-related tasks.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

They described the software as \u201c<\/span>severely lacking features for ease of use, such as switching payment methods, owner tools, and changing tools for users<\/span><\/a>.\u201d\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Smooth payments and admin operations are a crucial part of running your business. Yet, Prentice also said, \u201c<\/span>the sales system is also a little confusing<\/span><\/a>.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
