The Purchase column&#8211;renamed to Item&#8211;shows surcharges for virtual terminal or ACH payments in a separate line. Now, when a client is sent to collections, the full remaining balance of their membership contract or payment plan is added to their account.<\/p>\n<p>For memberships, missed payments will be sent to collections. Memberships will be deactivated, and any upcoming payments may be added to collections.
