Yoga was one of the things I put in my toolbox to help me handle it,\u201d she explains.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"995\" data-end=\"1249\">After moving to Bradford, she frequently attended a hot yoga studio\u2014until it suddenly closed. Determined to keep the practice alive in her community, Rosie stepped up to open her own studio, all while continuing her career as a full-time schoolteacher.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1251\" data-end=\"1365\">\u201cI opened this studio because I wanted to help people. We\u2019ve grown quite the community.
