At Soulful Living Center, many first-time visitors come for energy work or workshops out of curiosity\u2014so any barrier in the sign-up process risks losing them before they even walk through the door.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rob\u2019s feedback inspired our new <strong>Guest Booking<\/strong> option, which lets clients book or purchase without creating a password upfront. Businesses can enable or disable this setting and still capture key details for follow-up\u2014making first visits fast, simple, and welcoming for curious newcomers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Wait-List-Notifications:-Keeping-Clients-in-the-Loop\"><strong>Wait List Notifications: Keeping Clients in the Loop<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccd Charlotte, NC \u2013 Visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbfclinic.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Carolinas Biofeedback Clinic<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At <strong>Carolinas Biofeedback Clinic<\/strong>, director <strong>Melanie W.<\/strong> helps clients manage stress, pain, and trauma through advanced biofeedback and neurofeedback therapies. But at the Self Check-In Kiosk, this created confusion: clients had to choose from several options, and missed selections meant failed check-ins and extra staff intervention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wendy\u2019s feedback inspired <strong>separate check-in controls<\/strong> within Custom Business Policies. Businesses can now configure kiosk and staff attendance settings independently\u2014keeping the kiosk simple for members while preserving flexibility for staff to check people in early or manage classes behind the scenes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Staff-App-Toggle:-View-Only-Business-Hours\"><strong>Staff App Toggle: View Only Business Hours<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccd Jackson, MS \u2013 Visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jax-zen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jax-Zen Healing Arts Center<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At <strong>Jax-Zen Healing Arts Center<\/strong>, founder <strong>Jina Daniels<\/strong> blends Reiki, yoga, and creative practices to help clients find balance and self-discovery. While managing schedules in the Staff App, she found the 24-hour view cluttered and hard to navigate during off-peak hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jina advocated for a solution on the <strong>WellnessLiving Community Forum<\/strong>, leading to the new <strong>\u201cOnly display business hours\u201d<\/strong> toggle in Release 68. Staff can now filter out closed hours in the mobile schedule view, mirroring the web app and making calendars cleaner and easier to manage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"SMS-Blasts:-Smarter-Messaging-for-Shared-Phone-Numbers\"><strong>SMS Blasts: Smarter Messaging for Shared Phone Numbers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccd Oviedo, FL \u2013 Visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.songbirdsmusicartdancecenter.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Songbirds Music, Art &amp; Dance Center<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jillian Marini<\/strong> of Songbirds Music, Art &amp; Dance Center knows how important clear communication is for families\u2014especially when multiple children share the same parent\u2019s contact information. While email blasts already had an option to avoid duplicate messages, SMS blasts did not, sometimes leading to parents receiving multiple identical texts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jillian flagged this gap and inspired the new <strong>\u201cSend to each profile for clients who share a phone number\u201d<\/strong> toggle in QUICK Contact. Businesses can now choose whether to send one text per family or per profile\u2014reducing redundancy and improving the client experience. Jillian also contributed to Release 67, and we\u2019re grateful for her ongoing feedback in shaping the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Task-Management:-Now-in-the-Elevate-Staff-App\"><strong>Task Management: Now in the Elevate Staff App<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccd Cornwall, UK \u2013 Visit <a href=\"https:\/\/hit35.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HIT35 Bootcamp<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For <strong>Ali Hitch<\/strong>, owner of HIT35 Bootcamp, running high-energy group sessions means staying on top of dozens of moving parts\u2014client follow-ups, program updates, and team tasks. Until now, tracking these to-dos on the go required juggling between systems or waiting until he was back at a computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ali upvoted and commented on this idea in the <strong>WellnessLiving Community Forum<\/strong>, helping shape the addition of <strong>Task Management<\/strong> to the Elevate Staff App. Staff can now create, edit, and track tasks directly from their phones, with real-time notifications and client profile integration\u2014keeping everyone organized and accountable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Week-View:-A-Better-Way-to-See-Your-Schedule\"><strong>Week View: A Better Way to See Your Schedule<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccd Baltimore, MD \u2013 Visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.embodybaltimore.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Embody Pilates &amp; Wellness<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At <strong>Embody Pilates &amp; Wellness<\/strong>, owner <strong>Jodie Gordon<\/strong> and her team manage a full calendar of private sessions, group classes, and specialized programs. But in the Elevate Staff App, viewing schedules one day at a time made planning difficult\u2014staff had to scroll endlessly to understand their week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jodie\u2019s team flagged this pain point, leading to the new <strong>Week View<\/strong> in Release 68.
