Every year, Divya Warble celebrated her birthday with a therapeutic float session, a massage, and some quiet time to reset. Her wellness ritual eventually became monthly\u2026 and then weekly. Building Her Dream Business<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Divya envisioned more than just a spa. She dreamed of a full-spectrum sanctuary where healing could happen every day, just like it had for her. Not just floats and massage, but infrared sauna, red light therapy, oxygen therapy, cold plunges, facials, and more\u2014all under one roof. A place people could count on for regular rejuvenation. And a space where friends and families felt welcome and supported, because she knew firsthand how powerful those moments of care could be.<\/p>\n\n\n

Divine Med Spa was a hit, and 5-star reviews started pouring in. But as the business grew, so did the complexity of managing memberships, staff, appointments, and customer relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Tech-Savvy Founder Meets a Flexible Platform<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Divya didn\u2019t anticipate how challenging business ownership would be: juggling hiring, marketing, HR, and customer care. \u201cRunning a business is 20 times harder than anything I did in corporate,\u201d she says. \u201cBut it\u2019s also 20 times more meaningful.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coming from IT, Divya knew what to look for in a software platform, and she could tell her first platform wasn\u2019t going to scale. Memberships were tracked in spreadsheets. Payments were processed manually. Marketing felt clunky. She started systematically evaluating different scheduling systems\u2026 seven of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
