After more than a decade on legacy software, Michelle Ellis moved Achieve Therapy and Fitness to WellnessLiving \u2014 and brought her whole membership model with her.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Achieve Therapy and Fitness<\/a><\/strong> is not a single-purpose gym. Walk in, and you have access to free weights, machines, and cardio. Sign up for a class, and you\u2019ll find a full schedule of group fitness sessions. Book an appointment, and you can work with a personal trainer or a Stretchology specialist \u2014 a stretching and flexibility-focused service that sets Achieve apart from every standard gym in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Led by Rivky Michelle Ellis, the gym has built a membership architecture to match. Single memberships, youth and student plans, couple memberships, family memberships, and senior options. Members who access the gym through Medicare reimbursement programs \u2014 SilverSneakers, OnePass, RenewActive, and Silver&Fit \u2014 are supported with access rules that vary by plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That breadth is the result of years of growth. Running it on outdated infrastructure had become a growing constraint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ten Years on ShapeNet. Time for Something Better.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Achieve had been on ShapeNet<\/a> for more than a decade. It worked \u2014 until it didn\u2019t. The billing tools felt stuck. Online purchasing was effectively absent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was about what Achieve was trying to become: a gym where members could complete everything (registration, forms, purchases) without a phone call. Achieve runs three service lines from one facility. Open gym gives members access to the full equipment floor. Group fitness classes run on a standard and premium schedule. Appointments cover both personal training and Stretchology sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purchase menu reflects the range of members Achieve serves. Individual class passes \u2014 including 10-class packs \u2014 sit alongside small-group training options. Monthly memberships span from individual to family, with youth and student pricing and senior-specific plans. The gym also supports members who come in through SilverSneakers, OnePass, RenewActive, and Silver&Fit, with each program carrying its own access rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Forms and waivers<\/a> are built into the client journey. Health history forms and intake documents attach to the client account and are required before booking. \u201cPerfect,\u201d Michelle said when describing how that flow would work. A member who arrives without a signed waiver cannot book. A member who has completed everything can manage their own account without calling the front desk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why Michelle Chose WellnessLiving Over ShapeNet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The comparison was not complicated. ShapeNet served Achieve for a long time. But it could not put purchasing online. It could not attach forms to the booking flow. It could not give members a self-serve experience that matched what a modern gym should offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
