Based in Florida, Megan\u2019s Mobile Swim School<\/a><\/strong> brings swim instruction directly to clients\u2019 homes, serving families across multiple areas of the Tampa Bay region. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Megan\u2019s fianc\u00e9 and IT specialist Sandro explained, the team coordinates lessons across 10 instructors and aims to manage over 300 lessons a week at peak volume. Their model is built for convenience: families don\u2019t need to travel to a facility, and instructors can teach where students feel most comfortable, right at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sandro described the goal as a system where \u201cthe clients make their own profile, and then they see opening availability for instructors in their area.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From there, Megan stays in control of scheduling to account for real-world logistics like drive time and neighborhood routing. As Sandro put it, keeping the schedule flexible helps them avoid static buffers and stay \u201cas fluid as possible\u201d when building instructor routes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
