Allison emphasized migrating all the customers, package balances for prepaid treatment bundles, and the clinic\u2019s schedule so future booked appointments don\u2019t need to be recreated. She also asked to bring over the client history so the team can still see \u201cwhen the last time he came, what he bought, with whom,\u201d going back at least one year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For now, bookings will remain phone-based, while keeping the door open to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellnessliving.com\/features\/online-booking\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">adding online booking later<\/a> once the team is fully comfortable in the new system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-what-success-looks-like\">4.
