1. Introducing Anima Med Spa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Anima Med Spa<\/a> is a newly opened med spa offering a wide range of aesthetic and wellness services, with seven treatment rooms and a growing client base of around 70 clients in its first few months. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Led by Sally Tabibi and her team, Anima\u2019s menu spans injectables (Botox and fillers), advanced skincare treatments like microneedling, and beauty services such as lash and brow lamination. They also offer multiple laser-based services, including laser hair removal, tattoo removal, pigment removal, and carbon laser peels, plus weight loss management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With such a broad mix of services and pricing models, their day-to-day operations require a system that can keep scheduling, client records, and purchase options organized without slowing the team down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Why They Chose WellnessLiving<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Before choosing WellnessLiving, Anima Med Spa had experience with several platforms, including Fresha (their most recent system) and earlier tools like Vagaro<\/a> and Mindbody<\/a>. For example, Botox isn\u2019t one flat rate, and Anima needed a practical way to handle per-unit pricing. 3. What They\u2019re Building<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Anima Med Spa is setting up WellnessLiving to centralize the workflows that matter most for a med spa team:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Online booking is a priority<\/a>, including the ability to embed booking directly on their website. As Peggy put it, \u201cClient wants to pay online and have embedded options on the website, too.\u201d While they are still deciding on payment processing<\/a>, they plan to start with clients booking online and paying in person using their current setup, then expand to online payments later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They are also structuring services to match real treatment room operations, with a focus on avoiding double-booking for the same treatment type while still allowing some flexibility where appropriate. As Peggy clarified, \u201cPeople need to be able to book a Botox treatment and a facial on the same appointment, without the possibility of accidentally paying for two treatments.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, they are building out the revenue model that drives med spa growth: session passes, packages, and memberships, including bundled offerings and flexible package creation when needed for custom pricing conversations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. What Success Looks Like<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
