What They\u2019re Building<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Whitney\u2019s plan is to use WellnessLiving as the operational hub for the business, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Data migration for existing members<\/strong>, bringing over the active membership lists while leaving older, inactive accounts behind for a cleaner start.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Memberships and pricing that match their model<\/strong>, including two tiers with <em>unlimited playroom access<\/em> (and an \u201cAll Access\u201d option that includes classes), plus multi-passes and day passes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellnessliving.com\/features\/events\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Events and classes built for families<\/a><\/strong>, especially multi-week series where clients should enroll once and be registered for all sessions, while still allowing drop-ins when families can\u2019t commit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellnessliving.com\/features\/elevate-page\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mobile staff tools<\/a><\/strong> to reduce front-desk chaos, including taking class attendance from a phone using the Elevate Staff app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellnessliving.com\/features\/payments\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Payments integration<\/a><\/strong> through Nuvei, so sales and reporting can live in one place.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellnessliving.com\/features\/forms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Waivers and forms<\/a><\/strong>, which Whitney \u201cwould really like to use\u201d but previously had no simple way to distribute and collect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A major priority is birthdays.
