Which begs the question &#8212; how can your studio be prepared to put your best foot forward come December 31st? Start by asking yourself a couple of questions:<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b>#1: Have you set goals?<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a member came into your gym saying they wanted to lose weight, what would you tell them?
