Yang's Fitness Center is a fully
equipped fitness & training club. It’s not about the quantity
and types of equipment we offer here, it’s about our people.
Our members and staff have created a
positive, friendly and supportive environment to help you reach
your wellness goals.
Training (Personal, Buddy, Small
Group and Team Group Training) and Group Fitness Classes are our
specialties. Our trainer/coaches have a combined 135 plus years of
experience in the field of fitness and wellness and we offer
classes including traditional Yoga, Spinning, Step, Muscle, MOSSA
Programs (Group Power & Group Active), Hiit/Tabata, Zumba,
Barre None and more.
Effective July 2020, our hours and
services are limited due to COVID-19 restrictions and we hope to
expnd our hours and services as conditions improve. Thank you
