At The Aura House,  we
don’t just stop at yoga classes. Instead, we pride ourselves on
offering a variety of yoga, mindfulness, meditation, movement, and
energy-based classes and services so that you can try them all on
and discover what resonates with you. 
Our interests span across all
facets of holistic wellness, which is why we also carry a selection
of crystals, essential oils, handcrafted soaps, and other showcase
products from local makers and small businesses through the Aura
Store.
Communities like ours are hard
to come by. It often takes traveling to the city or even traveling
the world to find them. Here, we embrace all of the 'weird' yet
wonderful practices that people feel drawn to but may not have a
safe space to explore. We have the capacity to bring International
teachers to us both virtually and in-studio. And our studio
location is super accessible. Just 20 minutes from Pearson
International Airport and steps away from the Brampton GO Train
station and Brampton Transit Terminal. 
Whether you’re new to practices
like yoga, meditation, breathwork, and reiki, or have been
exploring your expression of wellness for years, The Aura House can
be your spiritual home away from home with teachers, practitioners,
and a community that love all the same ‘weird’ things you do
;)
