Linda is a certified Mindful Schools Program Graduate and 200 Level Certified Yoga Trainer. Linda recognizes the benefits that a regular yoga practice and mindfulness training can bring to children and adults to help them cope with the many stresses that they face in daily life.
She believes we need to rewire and change our thinking patterns of negative self-talk, which tends to block our happiness and success. Her goal is to help guide and mentor people to find their passage to wholeness in mind and body. Linda teaches with warmth and compassion, with her friendly and personal style.
