This was the perfect class - just what my postpartum core needed. While I have done yoga before, the instructor did a fantastic job of explaining & demonstrating each pose. I will definitely be signing up again.
Candace started her yoga practice 20 years ago, finding sge was drawn back to her mat during time of stress, then realizing yoga was an essential part of creating balance in her life. She started her first 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training after having a second misscarriage. It was a catalyst to change her life path. She then completed an 85 hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training in 2016. The in-depth examination of Prenatal and Postnatal special considerations helped her realize a passion for womens health.
Candace teaches with a focus on organic, functional movement, building a yoga practise to enhance everyday life. Her prenatal/postnatal classes include a focus on Pelvic floor health and making the connection with breathwork.
Each person in a yoga class is at a different place in their journey. Candace is so honored to be a part of it.
