Eliza took her first yoga class in 2000. She was instantly intrigued and inspired and still is so many years later. Early on, she realized that one day she would become a yoga teacher; she wanted to share her passion for yoga with others. Yoga became an instrumental part of her life, it got her through two pregnancies and helped her recover physically and emotionally, following these enormous changes in her life. In 2015, she took her 200hour and therapeutic yoga training and now truly enjoys sharing yoga with others, of all age - groups. For Eliza, watching bodies move and creating a space where one may allow oneself to instill compassion, acceptance, ease and tranquility for themselves is amazing.
