I have a dynamic background. Having worked for nearly 20 years as a Certified Yoga and Meditation Instructor with a focus on working with people with chronic health issues and disabilities. I'm now building on that therapeutic skillset by completing my Recreation Therapy degree, part-time through the University of Lethbridge's online cohort.I offer extensive experience working with people to understand their needs and helping them towards their goals. My work transitioned from engineering to a focus on teaching yoga after an accident required rehabilitation and focusing on teaching yoga facilitated my recovery. I have focused on part-time and casual work over the past 12 years as I raised my family.
