Nominated as one of Boston’s Top Trainers by Exercise TV, Jason Zagami is a nationally recognized strength and conditioning coach whose unique approach to fitness has helped athletes of all ages reach their goals. Jay specializes in the treatment of injuries, employing therapeutic techniques he learned from working side by side with some of the nation’s top physical therapists.
His primary focus is training Endurance Athletes. He has trained many athletes that compete Nationally and Internationally in sports ranging from Cross Country Skiing, Rowing, Running, and Triathlons. He works closely with Concept2, training athletes for the World Indoor Rowing Championships, and the World Ski Sprints.
