4 Corners Yoga + Wellness

OMG! This class was amazing. Karuna knows exactly how to explain the moves/positions that need to be done. The breathing is very important to each pose. That is what makes your body and mind feel comforted. You feel very relaxed but energized at the same time.
The atmosphere is very serene. You feel comfortable as soon as you come in. Everyone was friendly and willing to help my daughter and I find our props and needed essentials. we definitely will be coming back. Thank you for bringing back some calm in my life.

I had a great time at my first Mixed Levels Yoga class with Sharon! I am still sore a couple days later -- in the best way :) The heart opening and twisting were just what I needed. I love 4 Corners' mission and I will be back for my next 10 days!

My 1st Yoga class in the Beginners series with Lisa was amazing!   Not only do I feel great but I've learned things about my body, some yoga history and how to properly use props.  But, being in a class and space that is filled with faces and body types like my own...PRICELESS

I had my first reflexology session and it was with Gregory. Ah, such a thoughtful soul he is. I have gotten massages before and have never gone to sleep, while Gregory was working on my feet I literally went to sleep. I was not ready to end at the 45 minute mark. Thank you Gregory!

Christine is wonderful! She is a great massage therapist who has a giving spirit who also keeps herself healthy. She is passionate about movement and knowledgeable about the body. My muscles were overdue for a massage and it was starting to show on my skin. I try and do self-massage-- which is helpful, but once in a while it is good to ask or accept help from another fellow human being. I felt much more relaxed afterwards and a few hours later bones in my pelvis and lower back returned to a more comfortable place.

I attended the August 24 Restore and Release workshop led by Marlene. Marlene made me as a yoga beginner feel comfortable. She patiently instructed the group on essential oils and provide oils and bottles for us to make our own combinations. It was a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

I've taken the beginner's class twice and it is so wonderful! Lisa is so great at explaining poses and making the class a comfortable, low-stress environment.

I had such an AWESOME time at 4 Corners yoga with Tiffany Hogan! Her Sunday morning class is a spiritual experience. She is knowledgeable, attentive, encouraging, professional and plain fun to be around. Tiffany did a great job of creating an environment where you somehow feel comfortable both "going all in" with the poses or just have a more relaxing/meditative experience. It's a total safe space, which is amazing!

This was my first yoga class, and I loved everything about it. The space was cozy, everyone was inviting, and Liza was wonderful! I walked in nervous, but left feeling as if I’ve found a community that I want to be a part of. Thank you Liza and everyone at 4 Corners Yoga, see you soon.
